Refund policy
Draft template. Replace the seller details in square brackets and have it reviewed by a lawyer before taking real payments.
Because the product is digital and delivered instantly, we handle refunds case by case within 7 days of purchase:
- If the plan could not be generated or the page did not work, we refund in full.
- If the plan does not match what the package page describes, we refund in full or redo it.
- Change of mind after a plan has been generated is not refundable, but write to us and we will try to help.
To request a refund write to [email] with the email used at checkout. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; banks may take several days to show them.
